It occurs in Shakespeare's The Tempest, sung by Ariel, and appears to
be original to Shakespeare. The couplet from which it is taken is in
full

Where the Bee sucks there suck I
    In a Cowslip's Bell I lie

It precedes the more famous lines

Full fathom five thy father lies
Of his bones are coral made
Those are pearls that were his eyes
Nothing of him that doth fade
But hath suffered a sea change
    Into something rich and strange

To the stilled Earth say: I flow.
To the rushing water speak: I am.
