Pynchon Puppets??

Unfortunately, my understanding of this whole "postmodern" thing is
insufficient for me to provide any expert commentary.  I can say that the
performance consisted of speakers at a podium, a couple of electric guitar
players and a large sheet onto which the "puppet" images were projected.  The
performance was focused around COL49, and there were at least three
assasinations and several parachutists jumping out of a large airplane
(bomber?). 

I liked it even if I didn't "get it."  A couple of friends who showed up 
didn't get it or like it.

I wore a black foam nose for ID purposes (red rubber noses being strangely
absent from local party supply stores), and even stood up and asked if anyone
from Pynchon-L was in attendance, but didn't get much response.
