Get yer V's straight. The V-1 aka "buzz bomb" was a gas propelled bomb
with wings that could be seen & heard as it approached. The V-2 aka
A4 was a ballistic missile propelled by liquid oxygen & alcohol that
travelled faster than sound, so you never heard it coming.
