 First, thanks to Vaska for mentioning the subconscious role in
intention...more grist for the mill.

  I just wanted to add a few quotes from Arthur van Tilberg Clark's _The
Ox-Box Incident_ (and my intent here is *not* to make any connection
between list activity and lynching!)  <sheepish grin>
