Except that such fire can sometimes take the form of AA missles which
can occasionally behave erratically.
Though one can certainly sympathize with Iraqi civilians, some
outrage has to be directed at saddam, who continues to put his desire
to carry a big stick ahead of not only the needs of his populace, but
does so in violation of his own repeated promises.
