Fuckin-a right, no qualification needed!!  By the most conservitive
estimates the sanctions we are responsible for have cost 500,000 civilian
lives.  An upper range estimate is 1,200,000.  Alot of zeros, alot of
death, alot of inexcusible misery inflicted....To top it off the several
hundred-thousand pounds of depleted uranium ammo  we scattered over
southern Iraq will reap many more souls in the years to come.   In Basrah
about 30% of children are born with birth defects.  We are inflicting
tremendous pain on the innocent victims of a tyrant whose power is
increased.  Absurd.  Reprehensible.  One can only hope that one day
Clinton, Kissinger, Bush et. al.  will be afraid to leave the country less
they be snagged for commiting crimes against humanity. (my dream, dusted
with ashes).  We are all diminished by this!!
