No one - we're all alone to determine what we will be.  No one or
nothing to blame, no one or nothing to thank.  Each of us is a
composite of what we THINK we are supposed to be and what we ALLOW
ourselves to be.  Well, mostly, anyway.  There is something to be said
for some genetic inheritance and natural propensity.
