2 Oz light rum
1/2 Oz Cointreau or Triple Sec
1 very ripe banana, sliced
1 Oz lime juice
1/2 tsp superfine sugar
1 cup crushed ice

In a blender, combine all ingredients.

Blend well.

Pour into a collins glass.
