You have to keep changing the shape & size of the inside of your mouth, using 
the lips & tongue.  Just keep practicing, and watch out you don't pinch your 
tongue.  Hurts like hell.  Maybe that's why they call it the devil's harp 
too.  Also, be careful not to bang your teeth.  That hurts too.
It's worth it though.  Maybe I only say that because I can't play any other 
musical instrument!!
