Frenesi and Oedipa

Maybe this has been noted before but doesn't it seem interesting that 
Frenesi Gates is Oedipa grown up, but with added nuance, her desire to be on 
the fringe and consequent co-opting...we have Mucho in both novels, not to 
mention the gates reference to sorting, etc.
preview before Mr. Death last night (which I highly recommend) was a french 
bi-sexual noir farce flick called Not Love but Frenzy--frenzy spelled 
Frenesi, fwiw...
