 How did the mask get on the bed?  Did Kidman find it, was it placed?>>

I personally don't think the mask was actually on the bed, Kidman never looks 
at it, does not seem to notice it, and is apparently surprised by her 
husbands tears.

Also, did anyone notice the amount of paintings in the background of the 
movie, and that the paintings were often lined up, many in a line.  Like 
illusions covering the walls.
