Ah, remembraces and annoyances

I found that the end would suggest that the naval officer and Alice having
sex might as well not matter and be assumed. Her phrase, 'and a dream can
never be just that,' would tend to suggest that she at least fucked him in a
dream, and is that not as bad?

Another issue is the fact that Cruise knew exactky where the costume shop of
a former patient to be from a year ago....take that as you will....

And what of Alice's dream of being at the orgy? A dream is never just that
I suppose. And you can never discern the truth about one night. Damn
deconstruction....

On a more Pynchonian note:

I have just started GR,so I apologize to not being able to contribute as
much as I'd like. And by just starting I mean it kicked my ass once last
year and I'm starting off again with more rest this time. I have finished
V. and COL49, but they were out classed by GR it would appear.

I was wondering of the occupations of all of the list contributors
also....professions, alma mater, and location. When did everyone begin
reading Pynchon? GR? I was also curious about the happenings of Lineland
and all of that nonsense....

But how rude of me. My name is Alex Hague, from CIncinnati, an incoming
freshman at New College of USF, so I'll be in Sarasota soon from a new
address.

And that's about it so far.
