GRGR(7) human dogs all over again

My reaction to this was a bit different: I thought, "Hmm... that's not
really so much "like what happens on the cortex of Dog during the
"paradoxical" phase."" (Check out that nesting!) I couldn't figure out
exactly what the difference is, but it seemed to me like Pointsman woke up
scared by his dream, then was further scared by the news of Spectro, then
was sitting alone in his room feeling scared and actively coming up with new
things to worry about -- I think it is a big stretch to describe this
episode as paradoxical.
