Very true. Heard a rumor recently that the second edition of Gravity's
Rainbow due to appear any day now will, in order to avoid any further
confusion, footnote each appearance in the text of Death or its equivalent
clarifying precisely the degree to which it is or is not a reference to
The Holocaust.
