von Braun on the telly

for those with access to BBC2, the usually excellent biography 
series _Reputations_ this week features our Wernher (Saturday 
at 9pm BST).

extract from the 'Radio Times' blurb :

   ... Throughout, the events of his life are shown on
   fascinating archive film.
   More than the story of von Braun's dedication as a
   rocket scientist and a respected project leader, it
   reveals that he joined the Nazis and the SS to get
   his rockets off the ground and more than 10,000 slave
   labourers died building them.  This is an absorbing

   Braun's complicity in Nazism.  
   Finally, it denies him the greatness that his achievements
   would otherwise merit.
