GRGR(7): Endless German

 The "Bundestag"(p. 158) wasn't elected until 1949. So here it must be 
 "Reichstag". Some people now might say that it's a vision of a democratic 
 Germany and that Pynchon's anachronistic use of the word hints at the later 
 development. But it would be difficult to convince me of that.

 "Judenschnautze" (p. 156) must be "Judenschnauze" (- about "Jew snout").

 "Hinterhöfe" (p. 160) are "backyards" (in the British sense of the word), and 
  the "Schnellbahnwagen" (p. 161) is a "subway car".
