Yeah, "power" is undoubtedly the wrong term, I was emphasizing the Psi
Section's reading of Roger.  I don't think its a power, I think it's a
capacity that allows him to, er, read a map in a certain way.  'Course,
Jessica's response to Roger might also be seen as a capacity to read him a
certain way...
