Missing Pynchon-l Archives

Yesterday I sent this message to 'owner-pynchon-l at waste.org'

Today [yesterday], trying to access archived posts for the last GRGR, I
found all the posts "empty."  The list of posts w/in each month is there,
containing authors' names and post subject, but when I picked any of them
their content was blank.  I was looking at Oct and Dec '96.

I checked again today and found that ALL archived posts prior to Jan '98 are
empty.  Is this permanent?  Please say it ain't so...
