KK is easy. It stands for kaka. Also  King and Country.

Speaking of kaka that old turkey about a million people thinking there was
really an invasion from Mars underway in the famous Mercury Theater production
has surfaced again. Does anyone actually have a parent or grandparent who was
so taken it? Or know anyone who did? No one I knew thought that much about it.
The old show gets replayed on radio now and then and it's awfully hard to see
how it could have "fooled" anyone. If it did it wasn't its verisimilitude that
did it.  You'd have to be dozing in your chair or else under the age of
twelve.  (another million people think the moon is made of blue cheese)
