Pynchon mention in today's FAZ///::: Melvin Jules Bukiet

In the 'Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung' (FAZ) of today there is a book review in 
which Mr. P. is mentioned several times. The German title of the book is 
"Zeichen und Wunder" [- Sign(s) and Wonder], the author's name is Melvin Jules 
Bukiet. It deals with European Apocalypse in the last months of 1999. Starts in 
Germanny & ends in the Euro-Disney in Paris. The critic, Richard Kämmerlings, 
doesn't like the book. He says the borrowing from Pynchon only reveals the 
immense qualitative difference. Though he also says that with his Pynchonesque 
passsages Bukiet would surely win a Creative Writing Contest. Kämmerlings reads 
the final scene as a copy of the Zwölfkinder episode in GR. Has anyone read the
