"V" Quote

The June/July issue of the Library of Congress mag "Civilization" includes 
an article with pictures from Antarctic expeditions (jumping on the recent 
Shackleton bandwagon, I guess). One of the pictures is illustrated with the 
following:
                      "You wait.
      Everyone has an Antarctic"
          --Thomas Pynchon, from V
A nice tribute, though another picture in the article (illustrated with a 
quote from Saul Bellow) would have been a better fit, I think.
