Even though Kennedy authored the majority decision, it stinks of the
handiwork of another.
Before he was even nominated, Antonin Scalia
had been anointed as the greatest mind in the legal arena. The man is
a 14-ply fraud, leading a bunch of eunuchs and wet hens around by the
nose. An astonishing record of being on the wrong side every time he
bleats; the man would have made a great judge in Il Duce's judiciary.
For a frightening look into the mind of an academic fascist check out
his opinion on the Indianapolis Nude Dancing decision.
