  I'd like to second that request.  I will contribute the one I recognize,
"Say a prayer for the common informer" on p 541 of the Penguin paperback
sounds like the Rolling Stones' "Salt of the Earth" to me  --"Let's Drink to
the hardworking people".

   Beyond the songs, how about some of the formulae?  I get the derivation
of cabin into houseboat  (log cabin + C = houseboat) but I've always
suspected there were many I missed.
