GRGR Role Call (was Re: Dear Murthy: Spurious)

The fact that a discussion is taking place about whether or not GRGR is
actually happening should tell you something.

I've contributed some posts to GRGR and would enjoy continuing the
discussion, but must admit it's difficult to maintain interest and momentum
given the small number of participants and posts that actually move the
discussion forward in a substantial way. No slight intended to any
particular P-lister, of course. As we saw in VLVL and MDMD, it's not always
easy to keep things going, but it's not impossible either, assuming that
enough people are motivated to participate.
