GRGR(13) Annotations?

Greetings,

Is there a consensus out there over whether or not GRGR hosts should submit
line-by-line annotations of their sections? 

Or would it be acceptable to refer everyone to Weisenburger and Fowler (whose
books i would rely heavily upon and probably end up stealing from were i to do
my own set of notes)?

Or how about... if anyone participating in GRGR is unsure about any of the
passages, phrases, and terms, they can email me offlist. then at some point i
will submit a compiled list of user-requested annotations?
