his best Wolfman Jack TOV). and he switches terminology (to "jungle bunnies") in
the next sentence.
i'm not disagreeing, btw. just suggesting that besides referring the the Hereros
in the next car, this particular choice of phrase is meant to add the cachet of
late 60's and early seventies soul music to Marvy's speech.
and while Marvy might not be interested in music, his creator, by all accounts,
certainly is.
