Kvass

Kvass is actually an undistilled fermented beverage usually made from stale
rye bread but sometimes from other grains. The alcohol content is usually
very low and you can even buy it from coin operated vending machines in
Moscow. Never potatoes. The distilled potato stuff is Polish Vodka.
