"The page numbers refer to the original Viking editions (1973), paperback 
and hardback, and to the Penguin edition (1987). To get the Bantam edition 
(1974) page numbers, multiply the page numbers by 1.15 for the first third 
of the book, 1.16 for the second third, and 1.17 for the last third. This is 
approximate but should work."

Don't know about that Picador.
