Times Square IS Las Vegas, for God's sake! Theatricality/Advertizing is
it's essence. Hardly the place to look for today's predominant
architectural zeigheist.
As I said before, PoMo has had lasting lessons, but it is well over as the
leading influence in architectural theory today.
