"Across the interface"

Let me try:

It's a Jungian thing. Individuation's first step is to sort experience into
"me" vs. "the rest of the world." It is symbolized by the circle, a simple
closed figure with an inside and an outside. The inside is "me." It is one
of the first things a toddler scribbles given a crayon and paper.
"Relatedness" begins with this act of separation, the establishing of
"difference." Before this inside/outside is established experience is
chaos, AKA "The primary FULLNESS OF BEING."

Does that help?
