GRGR(9): Norfolk jacket

I had a Norfolk jacket once that was white corduroy.  I had it back in '75, 
about the time of my first reading of GRGR.  Some guy from Amsterdam who was 
crashing in our pad left it on his way to the Grand Canyon.  The sleeves were 
a little short, but it fit pretty good.  
I must say, however, that I never had a Hawaiian shirt.
