GRGR(9): Norfolk jacket

In New Orleans' French Quarter he owns a bar called Marguaritaville, of 
course.  It employs lots of local musicians who play to all those Parrothead 
tourists, but its major flaw is that between all sets they play only J.B. 
tunes, In NEW ORLEANS!!!!!! UUUGGHH!!!!
