GRGR(9): Welcome (?)

I know that the un/une thing was discussed, and that we decided the
casino was in Monaco rather than Holland, but why is it still called the
"Casino Hermann Goering"?

Was Monaco Occupied then reclaimed? (I've always assumed that was it.)
