Don't remember the specifics but after the Vichy agreement (and
eventual occupation of all of France) Monoco would have had no choice but
to cooperate with Germany. However with the liberation of France the Nazi
name of the place would surely have been defunct for quite a while by the
time Slothrop et al arrived on the scene.
