I am amazed that this little rebuttal has garnered no outrage, especially 
considering the genesis of this thread.  Has this "Church Historian" ever 
"lived in a highly organized criminal police state?"  Ok, he may have lived 
at the Vatican...  Gumpel is a true "company man."

The RCC has more money and power than God and has made more dirty deals over 
the centuries than IG Farben could ever imagine.  "Noble and Saintly" my 
ass!
