GRGR: Octopus Grigori

Possibly of significance to the name ..

apparently Grigori are a class of angels which are  eternally imprisoned in
the northern part of the Fifth Heaven for their sin of coming to the earth
and having sexual relations with mortal women


THE GRIGORI

Separate from the great War, there is another faction of angels
who lose grace, known as the the grigori or Watchers. As the book
of Enoch describes, God had sent a legion of angels to earth
in order to watch over and subtlety assist man during the beginning
of civilization. However, as Enoch tells us, these angels were not
well suited for the task. First of all, they taught man forbidden
sciences such as herb craft, astrology, divination and sorcery.
Beyond that, and perhaps less forgivable, they fell into lust with
the women they were supposed to be helping and took on physical
forms to cohabitate with them. .

After the scandal was revealed to God, the grigori were removed
from their post and enchained within a prison layer of Heaven.
