Sort of thought that might have been what you had in mind rather than
some actual psychosexual characterological trait found in WWII 
Germans. The undeniable similarities between war and sex with regard to
violence  gets played to the hilt in Gravity's Rainbow with sex tending 
almost to be the more violent and possibly the more significant of the two
fields of battle.  But the facts in the case were probably less salacious.

However if we want to bring nationality into the discussion there's a
German Shepherd living next door I certainly wouldn't want to meet in a
dark alley. Very powerful jaws. :-)
