NP Clinton gets a fake Oscar

Well, I saw a documentary in a swedish news program the other day, and they 
showed scenes from a fake White House docu-soap (is that the expression?) 
starring Mr. Clinton. Maybe that's why he got it... Or *They* just decided 
to do something...
