poor customer service

I remember my newbie days (early '95) and thinking that other
p-listers were opinionated, arrogant, misguided, and overly paranoid
when criticized. Even posted to that effect a few times. Strange, but it
took a while to realize I could change the picture substantially simply by
posting my own stuff in as great a quantity as my little heart
desired. In short I discovered  what I now realized everyone else had
discovered before me--what a marvelous individual sounding board we had
been blessed with by stumbling onto the p-list. Who cares what others 
say so long as we have equal time. And there's always the delete key
but the truth is, now I actually enjoy and welcome everybody's posts. Skim
through most of them religiously.  The ones I hate even more than the ones
I happen on occasion to agree with.  Crazy me.
