The Phantom was played by Billy Zane, not Tom Beringer. The movie, "Sniper"
was based primarily on the character of Marine Gunnery Sgt. Carlos Hathcock
II, who died a year or so ago. He had 93 confirmed kills, making him the
best sniper of all time. Koenig and Zaitsev were pikers in comparison.
