Sort of like a social security number, no? It's actually the feds and
employers who are using all this cyber-tracking technology to catch out Joe
and Mary Citizen anyway (who's slacking off or downloading porn on company
time, who's sending e-mails with the word "bomb" in them), and which is
bringing the whole e-privacy thing to a head.

The government and the CIA of course being totally beyond reproach in this
respect.
