I count twelve occurrences of the word 'face' between 669.12
and 671.24.  Not to mention loads of eyes and a sprinkling
of foreheads, cheeks, jaws, skulls, mouths.

Many of these are *not* used directly to expound on the theme:
the multiplicity of 'faces' which veil, reflect and ultimately
betray the true characters of Thanatz, and Blicero.

A deliberate connection?
You know it.
