Everyman's Library - sine die?

Since my copy of GR is worn out (a GRGR makes it that way, and so does
reading in trains) I went to a local bookstore wanting to know wether
there was a hard cover available. They said there was some talk about
an Everyman's Library edition a few years ago. Did it ever appear? (I
do not trust that bookstore any longer since the day I saw they had a
copy of mr. FariƱa's 'Been Down...' which I bought and gave away as a
present, went back to purchase another one and was told it was nowhere
to be found).
It would be handy to have a copy in which I can note something and
another exclusively meant to read. A Vintage paperback is definitely
not meant to use thoroughly.
Something else: it took me three years to recover from the shock 11 days
were stolen from me. But what about the Missing Months in the Archive?
On our National Holiday (you'll never believe it but the Belgian Army's
wearing BLUE SHOESTRINGS today). Anyway, as some say over here, a small
army, but definitely a fat one.
Michel.
