All my reading friends like Hemingway, though they're variously
given to complain what a dumbass Nick Adams is.
"Hills Like White Elephants" is one of my favorite stories. Once
when I was an English major I was confused by the lack of critical
attention given to Papa. Oh well. I turned out not to need that
English degree anyway.
