No need to belabor this, but the kazoo is OUTSIDE their little perfect room, 
and MD, like BD, is aghast at that AWFUL, fart-sounding intrusion.  This 
kind of intrusion by the Counterforce, full of filth and farting and 
disrespect, into THEIR pristine world is repeated a few times in the next 
few segments...
