Seems as if we`ve been lucky.
We had no crack epedemics among the youth, just some old cokers basing. And
ecstasy wasn`t so successful replacing dope on the streets. But alcohol is
always there and an increasing number of baldheads drinking and practising
their habit
of "negro bashing."
It`s just a week ago that a murdered black refugee from Mozambique has been
buried, leaving a wife and two kids. . . . And Nolte gets an award.
Our aids numbers are so moderate that the problem nearly has disappeared
from the public discussion and thus become a private problem for the ones
facing it.

An average German is worried about the gasoline prices, not about drugs,
aids or the youth.
