On the food question my proposal would be a real German "Currywurst."

I have to admit that I never even tried Sushi once in my life because before
I saw Nagisa Oshima`s movie "In the Realm of the Senses" (1976)
(http://allmovie.com/cg/x.dll?p=avg&sql=FIn|the|Realm|of|the|Senses) there
were no Japanese restaurants here.

If it will be New Orleans what about a Gumbo - serves a great number of
meal-participants. Isn`t Louisiana the land of Voodoo too?
