  Dear all,
Just a little note to say a word about a book just published that made my
day, yesterday: _An Unfortunate Woman_ by Richard Brautigan. This book is
his last, written just a year before he commited suicide (1983). It was only
published in France, and in French, so far, the original American edition
being simply not available. This really upset me when I was doing research
on Brautigan. So share my joy. I personnally consider it as one of his best
and the utimate slap in the face for those who still think Brautigan was
just a minor, starry-eyed, simplistic hippy writer. "un mineur, mais un
mineur de fond." It's published by St Martin's Press in New York, and the
book's cover design is great (I shoulda been a used car salesman).
  Best,
Tom.
