Dave Monroe used JS as a reference for Pynchon biographical material 
-- I'll chime in as usual and suggest that you  take what JS has to 
say with a whole salt shaker full of salt, JS has a large axe to 
grind, and he has ground it exceedingly sharp in his ongoing campaign 
to insult TRP.

Re Pynchon's "extraordinary affection for adolescent girls", I like 
to keep a sharp distinction between an author's personal likes and 
dislikes, habits, foibles, & etc. and the content of the author's 
books.
