NP DFW ebook?

In the September 11, 2000 issue of Publishers Weekly magazine, 
iPublish.com (division of Time Warner Books, I believe) advertises an 
ebook apparently called _Up, Simba! 7 Days on the Trail of an 
Anticandidate_ by David Foster Wallace. Ad copy describes it as "An 
eBook exclusive on John McCain." The iPublish.com Web site doesn't 
appear to be ready for prime time.

After poking around the site's links a bit, I found this at 
http://www.twbookmark.com/ebooks/index.html :
